Greater Noida, India | December 2025 — 9-year-old twin brothers Samraat Singh and Vardaan Singh from Greater Noida West, India, are attempting to summit Uhuru Peak on Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. Standing at 5,895 metres (19,341 feet) above sea level, Uhuru Peak is the highest point in Africa and the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. The twins are scheduled to undertake their expedition from 26 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 , accompanied by their parents. If the summit attempt is successfully completed, their achievement could represent a significant milestone for young Indian mountaineers.
